Elizabeth Rose Pinot Noir goes straight to barrel after press giving the wine a slight wisp of smoke from the oak influence. Also present are pretty raspberry and strawberry aromas with generous flavors of cherry and plum. The wine is light in color but bright in flavor and most importantly is easy to drink now.
