PACIFIC RIM DRY RIESLING
- Crisp, dry and lush with flavors of citrus, white peach and minerals.
- No oak and no malolactic fermentation on this wine – pure and unmanipulated.
- Ideal with Asian & European cuisine and a wide variety of seafood, cheeses, and cold meats.
This Dry Riesling comes from Washington’s Columbia Valley –principally from the cooler Yakima Valley. It's a pale straw color with aromas of Jasmine and stone fruit. At first taste, one gets flavors of citrus, white peach and minerals. This wine is ideal with Asian & European cuisine and a wide variety of seafood, cheeses and cold meats.
"Penetrating aromas suggest lemon oil and citrus blossom, with a hint of terpene. This is the driest version of this wine to date, with residual sugar down around 0.5%. Pear skin, pear flesh and citrus carry it through a lengthy finish."
